Refund & Returns Policy

At Nikhil Solutions, customer satisfaction is our priority. We only accept returns and process refunds if the product is damaged or you receive the wrong product during delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or refund if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.
  • You receive a wrong product different from what you ordered.

We do not accept returns or refunds for any other reasons, including change of mind or personal preferences.

Return Process

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at nikhilsolutionsnew@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Provide clear images or a video of the product showing the damage or wrong item received.
  3. Once we verify your request, we will initiate a return process.
  4. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product and verify the issue, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exclusions

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Products that are used or tampered with.
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Minor packaging damages that do not affect the product quality.
